A bug with the quest? (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

In the command center on the Nexus, if you go to that place where there is a Led, you receive the quest the nexus, which need to talk to Sid.
If you start a conversation with her, Ryder will say, I should let, and the conversation will stop.
This is a bug?If a bug, how to fix?
