Edit the characteristics of weapons. (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

Is it possible in this part, edit the characteristics of weapons(damage, etc.)?
Just the game started to run recently, and came across the relic weapons like guns but the weapons... if they can somehow edit it by editing the internal files of the game?

In the course of the game will be your favorite weapon but with better characteristics (level 10 weapon) + additional stuff can be attached to the weapon, which will increase its performance, why just pick the files then?
