The problem with the gamepad (The Binding of Isaac)

in fact, after many simulated hours I suddenly without any update changed the controls on the gamepad,and some inadequate.now with a gamepad I can only walk,no other actions are not performed.the START button actually activates the 2nd player and the arrows on the controller (say up button) changes the game in window/full screen.searched all the game settings,controller,nothing has changed. SHO DO?:)
