Not the best VS series PSU from Corsair, throw some bucks and get a 450 - 500W from Seasonic/Be Quiet! (or at least Chieftec, but certified Gold). If the 2TB HDD does not matter, you can take the 1 TB version, and saved money to add on the graphics card and usaste GTX 1050.

GTX750 ti will pull new games at best at medium settings and even on low, for a balanced gaming PC better take a GTX 1060 6Gb.
A sound card is worth taking only if you have good speakers or headphones for the average user with average acoustics built-in motherboard sound card is quite acceptable.
SSD gives a boost in download speeds, with it nicer to work, but if the PC is bought primarily as a games and your budget is limited, it is better to sacrifice them in favor of more powerful cards.

6600 or 7600 will be enough for games for at least 5 years.
I have a Core i5 750 overclocked to 3.8 GHz, it is almost 8 years old, still enough for new games, except in CPU demanding games in slightly lower graphics.
