Rare friezes (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Observed rare freezes in the game, 10 times for the entire game on a fairly powerful PC.

Summed monitoring via MSI Afterburner and noticed that the CPU is loaded 100%, ie the thing in it? Acceleration should solve this problem?
Similarly, in battlefield 1, the processor is loaded on 100% but the Frisians are not observed, the swap file is turned off.
