Not available dialogs and menus "pipboy" (Fallout: New Vegas)

Playing 15 minutes and then in the dialogue choose anything on the menu to choose anything and same in pipboy, cursor and hover, nothing happens! Someone or whether there was such and as with these to struggle? Thanks in advance
