Differences NG+ from the first passage (Dark Souls 3)

Tell us if NG+ will be harder, after the first passage, or the complexity will be the same and the enemies will simply be adjusted to the level of the character?

Rather, it will be easier to play because you will already pumped from the character. Enemies will become stronger, the game character level is not adjusted.
