The speed of the game during the battle(slowed) (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Hi all,playing unity on PS4,with a stable 25-20 fps already resigned,but can not understand one thing-it has to be that during combat, strikes,movements, etc, how would slow?Or is it again a drawdown fps?

Seriously?Amazing of course it works.A week ago I was playing syndicate in 1080 with a stable 40-45 fps(well in the eyes like this) now I play with 25 fps at 720 to unity.BSA

We had the opposite to play. First drawdown, then to the syndicate. You play from the back to the front count. I wonder you Vasemaca also passed? First 3rd, then 2nd, and so much more. And the story is clear, consider book reading as well...
