Buying a gaming laptop

Advise , please , what gaming laptop to get for 60-70 thousand rubles . At the moment, stopped on these two devices Dell Inspiron 7567;
Msi gp72 7rd leopard. If there is another option then please say ))

The game is considered a powerful laptop. And for 60-70K you can afford an iPhone to buy.
Recommend buying video card with 1080 and without the prefix m . Expensive but what to do.
