The problem with running MSIAfterburnerRemoteServer

Downloaded officially from off site of afterburner. But not working for some reason!
When you start MSIAfterburnerRemoteServer is presented in the tray icon Berner, clicked on it and guys are not opened good. What to do ?

Try to run via WinRAR . WinRAR download start and all . If the program you open appears in WinRAR then drag the file on the table and then 100% open.
