Stuttering and crap sound (Bulletstorm)

version Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition
the game starts normally , but after a minute the game starts terrible stutter and braking sound . Can anyone know how to solve the problem

Try to turn off vertical sync in the game and the video driver, turn off triple buffering.
