SE question about a couple mods (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

If SE mod SKSE and SkyUI ? Also interested in Race menu, is there any equivalent ? or maybe these mods work with the special edition ?

I use the old version of SkyUI without SKSE, it works perfectly, without glitches and warnings.
