Low FPS. (For Honor)

I already asked on the forum for this issue but no solution I could find. Here is the problem: Fps in addition to the loading screen and the home screen slides to 6 and does not rise. In addition, the graphic artifacts (like transparencies on teksturki , the screenshot shows). Just say that the driver was rolled back , for viruses cleaned all possible programs , even reinstalled the game , and later all the Windows were down! The system I is not weak , I played normally in For Honor , to the PTA , MBT , but recently had such a problem. In other games there are no such problems. So I hope if someone have faced such a problem in other games please respond.

PS. In support wrote , they asked the system configuration files , in the end it took almost 3 weeks and no news.
