How to drag objects (Fallout 4)

Hi guys.
Think You do not immediately understand the question from the title of the topic, so I'll explain. In Fallout 3 we were given the ability to drag objects by pressing the key Z. Czekanie management setting of Fallout 4 made me realize that F4 is no such possibility.
Now the question itself:
So after all there is such a possibility?
Second question:
If you do not have this possibility, maybe there is a modification for the game allowing you to do this?
