The population growth rate is less than 1 (Stellaris)
For some reason on many planets(4 of 13) Soroti population growth less than 1 per month. The rate of growth on these planets is from 0.07 to 0.26 per month. On other planets, the growth rate from 1.44 to 1.63. Is obtained for the growth of a new pop I have to wait 95.2/0.07 = 1360 months or 1360*30 = 40800 days.
