Keyboard does not work (Vanquish)

After installation (the Steam version (license)) there was a problem: the game does not see the keyboard, neither connected nor integrated (laptop DEXP Ares E105 with Windows 10). Runs all settings max and no brakes, but the keyboard in emphasis does not see. The mouse is working fine, controller is also working fine (though sometimes stuck key slip). Steam functions work, ie, for example, shift+tab, but the game - ignore.

Direct X and Net.framework reinstalled - does not help. Run as admin doesn't help (the game ceases to run). Compatibility mode does not help. Changing the language does not help. Disabling the controller (including through the management console) doesn't help either.

Any, even complex (but working) solution methods for problems that are not associated with the use of the gamepad, would be welcome.
