Twitches in what sense? When you're not moving twitches, goes unstable when moving or the image itself breaks in motion?? Breaks saves Vert.sync. Guys, I litsuha, the symptoms seems the same: the texture kind of freaked out, changing settings does nothing, fps is stable. Previously, this was not even unity! The R9 280.
NVIDIA has released the wood, but the bug is not gone. This is particularly noticeable during travel by coach or by train..impossible to play.

The monitor I have at 60 HZ, and measured the image, and showed that 150 - 200 fps and vertical sync are not included in the settings. Removed at your suggestion in the game folder file systemdetection.dll immediately vertical sync worked, and the picture went smoothly and at 60 fps as it should be.
