So for starters make a backup copy of the INI file.
1.Open the FinalBig program (if not tell me e-mail I will send) INI file
2.From the side look data\ini\gamedata.ini click
3.Top click Edit and then Find
4.In the resulting window, enter CAMPAIGN BONUS CAPS
5.Opposite GoodCommandPointLimit = enter any number (preferably 800)
6.Similarly, opposite EvilCommandPointLimit = enter any number (preferably 1400)
