Merchants, artisans do not issue cards (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In General the game was played with whom can be won and redeemed all the cards but the job fails. then noticed that on Skellige left the merchant and two of the artisan with whom I played. well then beat them but they do not issue cards. and yet, in blood and wine I have not played, and whether there is to win cards to complete your collection

Cards from expansions in the credit for the quest 'to complete the collection of cards' do not go. If the job fails, then not all played or bought everything. Well, bought the book and it says that there were 3 cards on Skellige, I won the merchant and the craftsman which are still not played, but they don't give me nothing
