800x600 16/9? (Fallout 4)

I know, stupid question. But all the same, how to put 800x600 + 16/9? Put something 800x600 - not a problem, but is it possible to put 16/9?

Still need to take into account the fact that the game eats under 8GB of RAM. About 2 GB of memory, no problems observed on the same GTX 660. But it all again in HD. Higher resolution I don't need.
