Need help!!! (Heroes & Generals)

Good people, prompt in what the reason - during the battle re-starts the game, i.e. hanging two Windows running the game in the first window already in battle, and the second on the main page of character selection. If you close the new window, then throws of the game, and if the window with the battle, it is possible in the second window to get back in the fight, but almost immediately history repeats itself. And this crap not just me, the neighbor just as well. Play via game center mail.
