Keyboard does not work (Total War: Shogun 2)

Another problem - keyboard does not work in the game.The only thing is miss the video on esc on the keyboard does not respond. How to fix it? Thanks in advance for the answer.

In settings looked?, maybe his controller is connected or problem with the keyboard.
