Not saved graphics settings. (FUEL)

Anyways when I nestroevoy graphics in the GameSetup file and start the game the settings are not saved and the game runs with the old graphics settings... who knows how to fix it pliz help... or throw me the file where are stored the graphics settings with mandatory also 1440-900 and highest settings and filtering. I would be very grateful=)
