Soran for the noob question, but...currently open to all available in-game characters (including DLS). During normal character creation open a loooot of techniques, and when a Persian in his career only half. All that was possible to buy career purchased, but new techniques and no. From here and the question that the techniques are sold under moveset? Something I there such did not see...maybe not there looking for?
