Skip Intro+launcher (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

maybe someone else knows or who nenashel to skip the launcher and the Intro at startup in the label to add
-nolauncher -benchmark
without the quotes with a space

should work in all recent games squarenix that run this way (like 2016 hitman, tomb raider and rise of the tomb raider, as well as des CEN esesno)
