How to start the damn invasion? (Expeditions: Viking)

Who to approach to start this quest? Or at what point of the story, I threw it away? The power is 100, the army is ready. Or, you could not help any of the parties? And is it possible to capture only one Kingdom and the second support? Not my understanding.

There are 2 known to me ways to capture Britain on your own:
1.To maintain the independence of Dun Vries
2.To betray the king Pictavia or Northrumbia at a victory feast.
You can only win everything in the end must be only one Kingdom.
