The Ending Of The Witcher 3 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hi all. Recently finished the Witcher, and was unpleasantly surprised that got the bad ending. In this regard I have a question. Why bad?
On the website, mail ru indicated that in order to get the bad ending, you must complete at least 3/4 of the following
1: to drink and not to play in the snow
2: take Em Gura money
3: to go with CRIS on the Council of sorceresses
4: to abandon the March to the grave Schalla
With CRIS I drank it first; at Em Gura no money was taken, and once on Bald Mountain went, it's not considered the idea; the Council of sorceresses went it two; but on the grave Schalla went, too, does not count.
The result is only 2/4.
Question: why I don't have the best ending?
