So I managed .. 1) to Make solution in Windows 1400 x 900 . 2) Run the game in windowed mode 3) when start ,not turning (not turning!!!,whatever was on the screen) to change the resolution of Windows as desired ,ie 1680 x 1050.. then the frame of the window becomes full screen,that means the resolution changed to 1680 x 1050 (and not just rasstegnulos)... 4) and press alt+enter for fullscreen mode.
