Try yourself to fix it:
Find the script playerWitcher.ws (The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\content\content0\ scripts\game\player\playerWitcher.ws). Open with Notepad, find (Ctrl+F) the phrase RemoveBuff( EET_Mutation10 ) and put before it two slashes(//)
