Like when you log on to a server to download the mods? (Farming Simulator 17)

All kind time of day! Please tell me how when you log on to a server to download the mods?? Cannot how to log in to the server, without the need of mods....

Need to know what mods are the one who has created a profile for MP,and then get into it,otherwise it will not work(mods should be identical).
