A quiet sound in the game (Mass Effect 3)

For some reason the sound in the game is very quiet, almost inaudible dialogues and for some reason some sounds loud and others very quiet( for example rumble in the menu, some very loud if to wring the maximum and the clatter of the icons are almost not audible, so not supposed to be). Helps to twist only to complete, but in this case, it starts some cracking noise and a rumble in the headphones is particularly strong in menu, direct very unfortunate, maybe someone had this problem.
