Lost language bar, and then can only write in Cyrillic (Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War 3)

Problems I encountered:

1. Lost language bar, and then can only write in Cyrillic.

2. In multiplayer, can't put a passive ability (Bethke just clicked on the tab with passivity and appeared a window with a perk to choose from, and now it does nothing).
