Problems with the experience (Dying Light)

When playing with a friend in co-op I don't get survival points for completing tasks. What could be the reason?
PS Experience is still given for the performance of minor event (for killing soldiers, Raisa, for the delivery of the goods to the storekeeper, for saving the survivors).
