Still need to import the saves from the second part with the desired election otherwise that does not work,personally I beat because of this.

editor savegame in help,search on this site,I do not remember if it guides at all-I knew it meedom spear, all the features can't remember but it's not particularly difficult to understand(especially in Russified version)
