The problem with the startup. (The Final Station)

Guys. There is a problem. I downloaded this game, installed it..Run and odd instead of the game I have an inactive window, which stupidly is not visible, it is transparent. Turn the game-error, which is obtained by choosing the same window. What could be the game? And it's not the first game like that. Screenshot attached. How could make that error did not appear.
