DLC Alien Hunters - editing HP rulers (XCOM 2)

Wildly enraged the rulers, for me it's overkill, I want to safely play without this unbreakable bullshit, but the solution to this problem I found in General this game is a little information, the impression is that in x-com 2 play three and a half men, so I figured, here's the solution:
