Gray screen (Expeditions: Viking)

Good day!
Such problem: at the first visit to the capital of the Picts (when I hold to their king), after a dialogue with them stupid grey screen. And the whole HUD is visible, but cannot move or do anything (nothing is visible, a gray screen). Has anyone faced such a problem? how did you decide on?
