The cell is closed and there's even a castle no to crack. It's like power armor raiders and I need both feet!

There is, in theory, no raider armor. And unlock door is in a nearby blue car to hack the terminal and open the door.

there is no terminal in the cars, all clambered around. Can quest what the job is?

Follow the wires, you will find the terminal. Even on the website there is a video, which shows similar locations.
