Where to download the launcher for Russian ? (Mafia 3)

Downloaded RePack(litsuha I have,but works through one place for some reason,unlike RePack'a),but the launcher in English. Where can I download it in Russian, and it is terribly inconvenient. You know what the settings are there,after starting to change,but I prefer using the launcher.
