Not clear icon on the topic of medicine at \"Survival\" (Fallout 4)

Decided to play harder, with messages and icons need to drink, eat and sleep, and their consequences understood. Any disease. For example, there may be insomnia, in which the character gets tired quickly and often wants to sleep; or parasites - character needs more food.
