Does not accept Internet with the Wi-Fi on the phone through the computer!

Hello world!) Here's the situation.....stopped taking the Internet phones and tablet from a computer via the whistle D-Link dwa-125. The connection to the computer is..devices connect, the connection succeeds and there is an Internet, although everything worked fine..but I think the extra was disabled in Windows services 10х64. What services are most important for the distribution of wifi? THANK you all in advance!)

PS in device Manager the adapter was removed, the drivers reinstalled.
