As mod tradition? (Stellaris)
Fайл ascension edited, but to use it in the present form cannot be used.1) How to make a tradition of separate, i.e., Psi, Genetics, Synthetic and Mixed.
2) How to make the AI not take it. Went 3 month of play, and then fly out 3 messages about finding Russ of psionics.
It is desirable to provide images or posting in the comment lines.
Anything new I add is not going on the resources of the game.

Each tradition has weight (ai_weight = { factor = 5 } Cybernetics). If set to zero, the AI won't take it.
At the expense of separateness, they seem to be so separate:
NOT = { has_ascension_perk = ap_mind_over_matter } for genetics and Cybernetics
NOT = { has_ascension_perk = ap_the_flesh_is_weak } for genetics and psi
NOT = { has_ascension_perk = ap_engineered_evolution } for psi and Cybernetics
And some to prevent double sampling of the same perk. You can experiment removing certain restrictions to enable the mixed-use development.
For me, it's not very if the robots are psionicly; and if you take robots, the genetics for anything, but... the taste and color, as they say no friends.
