Turn off the skip dialogues (Watch_Dogs 2)

Good day!
One of the developers of this glorious game was born with an extra chromosome - and decided to appoint skipping dialogues on Esc button
Thanks to his wise decision every time when I try to exit the phone menu of of crane or forklift, and many more where - I'm missing story dialogue.

Is it possible this creep targeted..ahem
That is,clean up skip dialogues?
