Wild brakes (Vietcong)

Decided, finally, to see it held at the time by me classic (thanks to the announcement of the game at the Apocalypse for that), installed the game, put the patch for the game in the fresh OSes, launched... and I see 10-15ФПС. Tried different settings inside the game, in the launcher there was a zero response.
Anything you can do with it?

The problem was solved by installing more fresh version of the patch for modern systems. Thank you all for your attention :)

Type in Google vcstarter" and immediately find :) Download only the most recent version. But if there's a problem - try different.

I have problem with low FPS appeared in the addition of Fist Alpha.
http://www.vietcong.info/portal/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=899 - from this site downloaded VCStarter version 1.65, put the files in the game folder, but no effect is not produced. Downloaded version 1.7, replaced the file in the same folder, the brakes are gone. I hope someone it will help.

Fist Alpha itself brakes the addon was in contrast to the original Vietcong. It's good that VCStarter helped.
