The choice of Mat. boards under i7-7700k

Good time of day. The question arose of replacing the motherboard. Config: i7-7700k. gtx 1080. At the moment I use: MSI H110M PRO-D, LGA 1151:

Actually the question is, is it worth to pay more for z170-270 , or take b250 and not steamed? and which is better.
Is it worth to pay extra for a Z motherboard (and more powerful cooling) and is there any real profit from the increase in the frequency and overclocking i7-7700k?

Profit from acceleration will be. Only it is desirable to scalant processor.
And z is mother allow you to overclock the RAM, which also increases fps.
In General, YouTube to help, there are tests with overclocked 7700k and compare on your hardware and see how large the profit.

1) well operational I have pretty lousy, even I don't know if it will overclock?:

2 modules at 8G
2) looked up the tests. Yes, a profit of about 10-15% in games. But you need scalp and dropsy. But it's a risk and a pretty large investment. The greatest gains by the way gives an acceleration that is memory, not CPU as I understand it.
3) is there a difference on what chip to take Z170 or still 270 ?

The difference is, z270 takes a lot of memory frequency.
If you are afraid to drive, and the memory is shit, then no point in taking the z chipset, of course, if not to collect then to change the memory and drive processor.
