Is it possible to change the ruler of your fortress? (Middle-earth: Shadow of War)

Greetings to all. Actually the question in the title. Appointed ruler of your first castle, I now 40лвл, all the captains and other orcs tailored to your level and ruler are unable to pump. Wanted to change to a more pumped, but I can't. It remains to swing only in online battles with the ruler of the castle of another player, or is there another way to raise the LVL of their ruler?

The ruler can be replaced by another Orc , but not all why you can switch places with the ruler.

If you give the order to the ruler,that is what you have.Any other Orc at any time to give orders-to Appoint a leader,a bodyguard,a ruler.In addition Brusa it except how to make the ruler does not give the other.Personally, I have always appointed ruler of another Orc Who was trusted.Either your telarana,or someone who just will not give.
