How to disable the Fn key?

The problem is, this keyboard is HP's most wired. The keys F1-F12 adjust the sound, brightness and so forth, so it is necessary to clamp the Fn key to work as F1-F12 and it is very annoying. In the BIOS there is no possibility to disable the Fn as far as I know for some reason I removed this feature.

Took out the button from the housing and the hole sealed. And there is no Fn. Only she specifically did not prevent anything accidentally push it hard.
