Heavy fog in the sewers (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

Encountered a problem with the screen in the sewers under the ARKS. From time to time the picture flickers and for a split second, the location becomes normal. I don't think it should be, but I don't know how to deal with it.
Sin old iron (six I-don't-know-why-it-still-live-laptop), but the location of such problems was not. Can who faced with similar or knows how to fix it?
