NO FOG MOD Ghost Recon Breakpoint (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint)

Does anyone know how to remove the blue filter in the game? Where you can change the settings of lighting, blur, etc? I want to use fog effects resada, if desired, so that it is not static constantly.
