A drawdown to 50 frames at vsync (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello! At full ultra on my gland was observed drawdowns of up to 50 frames when vsync :/
Valaska ship 100. In short, a bit annoying

Use fps limiter and not Vsync, there will be no such staters and friezes !

if you have NVIDIA, then disable in-game V-sync, but in some panels choose fast option vertical sync. Should help
